Full Stack PHP Web Developer

Looking for permanent, full-time senior web dev to work with our excellent developer of the last 14 years. Work includes maintenance, new tools, design implementation, etc on several current websites as needed plus working on new project to expand & transform our current custom in-house front/backend into a new streamlined SaaS product for other companies to use. We have long worked with Philippine staff. Applicants should meet the dev skills listed below and will be evaluated by our developer for skill level. Must be reliable, have good attitude, work well with others, and have strong control of written English language to communicate with lead dev and Upgrade to see actual infov skills we need:

Frontend
HTML - Advanced
CSS - Advanced
JavaScript. Pure JS + jQuery / UI / plugins / ajax. Transparent, well formed and accurate source code - Advanced
User interface elements, bootstrap - Advanced

Backend
PHP. Pure PHP, object oriented programming. Logic, caching, regular expression, transparent, well formed and accurate source code - Advanced
MySQL - Simple queries, joins, grouping, nested queries, tables, indexing, encoding, types of data - Advanced
Sphinx search engine - Basic
Memcache/memcached - Basic

Server side
Apache - configuration, hosts, mod rewriter - Basic
NGINX - configuration, hosts, rewrite - Basic
