Wordpress Developer for Theme & Plugin Modification. CSS & Custom Programming

Hi,

I need some work done on my website biznopedia. A lot of the work is just customization/design changes to my theme and various plugins that I have.
I may also need some custom modification to some plugins that I am using.

I am looking for someone full time to get the site to where I need it to be. After that I will likely need someone on a part time basis to help me make improvements to the website.

Only looking for experienced wordpress developers. Please provide me with examples of the work you have done. I am using wpgeodirectory and wp rss aggregator as examples of plugins that will require work.
