JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone FT 30 hrs/week+ as an organizational admin to assist in
1. moving our CRM from Excel to Canopy Tax - experience in Canopy Tax preferred, but not required
2. Client workflow management - making sure that client docs are requested, follow ups are made on missing docs, and docs sent from clients are organized and tasks assigned.
3. Billing updating and review (clients are on recurring credit card, but did it get declined - then email them)
4. New client onboarding, emailing clients
5. Going through email and 10+ different sites to get client information, pricing, billing, payments, engagement letters, documents, etc.
6. Creating and updating Google Sheets with client information regarding pricing, engagement letters, documents, etc
7. Creating and updating client organizers on Google sheets based on reviewing documents.
8. E-mailing clients for missing info, missed billing, onboarding, etc.
9. Improvements to the overall system based on your experience and expertise - if you see something that can be done better, look better, add accessibility to clients, etc. I am very open to giving open range for improvements.

You MUST:
1. Have a strong fast internet. and a strong fast computer, a big large screen or multiple monitors.
2. Be trustworthy and responsible - you will be handling sensitive US personal data and information.
3. Follow directions and work when needed
4. Be able to work at least 8am-1pm PH (4pm-8pm PST) other hours are flexible.
5. Have experience with Excel and/or Google sheets

Compensation:
Base rate $4/hr
+$2/hr if you have experience working with a US tax office (California preferred)
+$2/hr if you have experience with Canopy Tax
