A customer service tea
• Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Learn about ClearHome properties and be able to discuss and tell customers about the facility features and benefits
• Work directly with on-site employees to address any issues and provide 5-Star customer service
• Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions and issues
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to better the customer experience
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and drive Protection Plan sign-ups
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile - delivering 5-Star customer service and obtaining 5-Star online reviews
• Communicate regularly with management on performance statistics, wins and any opportunities. Open lines of communication are a must, we love to hear your ideas
• Meet personal/team goals
• Must be reliable and energetic
• Follow and utilize ClearHome scripts, policies, and procedures

Schedule
• MST, US - Five days a week, 40 hours
• One hour unpaid lunch break per day
• Days of the week are subject to change, pending business needs
Compensation
• Pay will be completed twice a month through Payoneer
• Hourly base wage is $3.50 USD
• Additional monthly incentive of $75 - $200 USD available through performance-based goal achievement
