JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide executive/administrative support to the President of AMH Fine Homes while working remotely.
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering and redirecting phone calls, emails, online messages, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision in a timely manner. This is a job for someone with a strong willingness to learn and grow and a 'can-do' attitude


Job Candidate Qualities:

- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work 9-5pm EST
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps download and 10mbps upload.
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

Job Description:

Your job will be to assist the President of our company and help solve his problems. You will be heavily involved in running the company side-by-side with him and will be encouraged to help come up with solutions to problems in addition to handling administrative tasks. Here are some, but not all, of the the tasks you would be helping with:

* Responding to phone calls, online messaging and emails
* Managing an active email inbox to ensure important action items are addressed
* Customer service and contractor/subcontractor communications
* seeking job tenders and following up with contractor for quotes
* Presenting quote packages and recommendations to president of company
* Prepare spreadsheets and enter and analyze data
* Schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements
* Organize calendars, book meetings and manage the President's schedule
