Advertising Sales

We have an opportunity in an existing business unit. We have a staff member who is leaving our firm and this leaves us with an opportunity to bring someone on board who wants to own the sales side of this brand.

We have a website that promotes Consumer Class Action cases and sell advertising space to other Lawyers who will get the leads for the class action.

We have a database of lawyers.

Here is what is involved:

Daily email blasts go out to email lists - we find leads leads from opens. Email templates are already written, and you would be required to send a follow up email and/or second email.

Daily is an email sent from Law360 - and relevant cases will be selected, then you would be informed and send an email to an existing client base with the first right of refusal

Finally, there are cold emails to send and update the database, there is cold calling required as well.

Finally, nurturing existing relationships as well.

We will not train you on cold calling, cold emailing or how to sell advertising, we assume you already are a rockstar in this area.
