Industry: Real Estate Investments and Business Lending
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Time

This opportunity is for you if talking in English comes naturally to you and you enjoy conversations over the phone.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls/cold calls
• Ability to run and manage SMS campaigns is a plus
• Gather relevant information from potential customers to qualify them either for a loan program or as a potential seller of property.
• Provide updates regarding the status of loan applications
• Coordinate information flow between customers and lender partners
• Answer questions, resolve any customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and/or chat
• Work with computer and business software programs such as email, chat tools, and CRM
