The position requires previous eCommerce and Amazon Seller Central experience. We want you to know Amazon Seller Central inside and out!



You will be responsible for helping our company achieve sales goals by being our implementation specialist, including sales and marketing campaigns within and beyond Amazon marketplaces.



Your role will include, but not limited to,

Set timelines and allocate projects/tasks to teams
Gather research from key stakeholders on products, customers, and sellers to inform the team and streamline assets & resources
Cross-functional communication with other departments according to shared set goals
Product Launching,
Product Promoting,
FBA inventory management,
Keyword Optimization and Ranking,
Listing Optimisation
Fixing problems in Seller central
Working with Flat files
Working with seller support
This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem-solving.



What you bring to the party:

3+ years experience in project or account management with an Amazon strategy focus
If you have worked for another Amazon Marketing Agency it would be a bonus
Experience coordinating projects across different teams
Experience with Project Management tools, ---------- a plus
Previous experience working for Amazon Seller Support
Advanced experience required in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
Entering data for new product listings
Updating old product listings
Updating product attributes and features
Managing seller central metrics and KPIs
Experience with flat files and bulk uploading of products on seller central
Experience dealing with seller support
Knowledge of Amazon brand registry and brand registry support
Understanding of Amazon SEO
Ability to conduct keyword research and use it to optimise amazon listings
Knowledge of Helium10, Datahawk, ManagebyStats, Sentry kit, Seller board, Zapier, Google sheets, Excel, Titan Tools, Keepa, Slack,
Knowledge and ability to setup promotions and coupons on Amazon
Understanding of Amazon reports
Ability to conduct a review of lost inventory
Ability to conduct a review of Amazon returns
Experience creating shipping plans
Experience managing Amazon inventory and stock forecasting
Amazon Storefront management
Competitor Analysis
Lightning Deals Management




Working well within a team is a must. Must have a high level of English speaking/writing ability.

Qualifications:



- Demonstrable success and proven track record in Amazon FBA business with references: 2-3 Years minimum experience

- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning

- Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimisation

- A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards

- A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in Amazon, search engine and social advertising

- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals



Requirements:

- Amazon Seller Central Expert Level: 2-3 years (Required) 3-5 years preferred.

- Proven previous sales track record on Amazon & ability to showcase skills

- Tech savvy with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

- Organised and self-motivated with teamwork spirit

- Good communication skill and result-driven

- Fast internet connection
