EXPERT WEBSITE & CONTENT DEVELOPER (UI/UX DESIGN)

JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for the right person to help us produce high-quality web content for our company and customers. This individual would have a strong grasp of UI & UX design, graphics, and animation for producing dynamic professional-looking web, landing, company, business, profile, and other pages needed to convert online customers.

New hires will have a 30-day probation period.
Bi-Monthly pay for work through ---------- (during probation period, then monthly)
Access to company Exchange Email and SharePoint Team Collaboration Site


SKILLS NEEDED:
WordPress Web Admin
WordPress Site Development
Code and script applications.
WordPress Optimization (Security & Speed)
Infusionsoft/Keap Integration & Automation Experience

Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
Optimize Sites for performance, security, and search visibility.
Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs.
Maintain communication with tea ---------- mbers and supervisors concerning the direction of the website.
Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.

PAID PROBATION PERIOD
I will pay between $300-$500 (based on experience) per mo. during the probation period. During the probation period, you will be evaluated on speed, precision, communication, and skills for the position. You must be available for a block of 4 hrs. during U.S. business hours. I will have plenty of campaigns to keep you busy, and if you want to earn more, you can work more hours.

POSITION EVALUATION
At the end of the probation period, one of three things will happen 1) We will bring you on as a full-time salaried employee (great job) 2) We will offer you contract work on an hourly basis (good job) 3) We'll pay you in full, and we'll part as friends (not so good job :)
