Odoo Consultant, Odoo Developer or ERP Developer for our Ecommerce Company

We are looking for someone to set us up on Odoo for our Entire Retail Operation.
We currently use QuickBooks which is not working for us.
We are quite a large Retailer selling Merchandise locally, online and to builders and contractors.
We are based in New Jersey USA.
We need a full ERP system customized to all our needs.
Among them are:
Quick Quotes, Sales orders and ---------- livery Slips and a full Logistic solution handling our 3 trucks daily. the routes ---------- ventory Management. We have Multiple warehouses as well we stock the same item and drop ship the same item as well. Perhaps Scanning etc.
Returns, processing including RA and requesting credits from Manufacturers ---------- voicing and collections.
Bookkeeping. for end of year taxes. Sales tax etc.
ETC.
