JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an extremely talented CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience is a MUST!!!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct phone calls; take messages and answer emails
Manage social media accounts and replies
Handle confidential client information
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage a contact list, filing systems, update records, and organize documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (recommended but not required)
Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and presentation skills
Willingness to be self-sufficient and learn new skills


This is a part-time job working remotely and will transition into full-time. We need someone who is motivated to work and willing to accept new challenges.
