We’re looking for a dedicated, honest and loyal full time Customer Service Representative to help us with our growing online marine and fishing business located in New Zealand.

WHAT we are looking for:

* Must be 25 years old and above
* With at least 3 years Call Center experience
* VERY strong SPOKEN and WRITTEN English
* Experience with internet research
* Ability to multi-task well
* Pleasing personality

If you ALSO possess some of these attributes you may have an advantage over other candidates:

* Has handled technical accounts in any BPO industry
* Advanced knowledge in Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your role will be to help assist our customers with their orders or any product queries. You will be interacting with them through email, and later on, through phone. This will require the use of PERFECT English. Your ability to multi-task and research product information is essential.

This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week. You will need to be based in Davao - as you will be joining our team in Ecoland, Davao. A permanent position will be offered after a probationary period.
