Communications Manager

MAIN ROLE
Communicating to today’s busy parents and Early Childhood business owners, individuals in our community through means of social media, print, and email communication campaigns.

We are looking for a storyteller with great written communication skills that can make an impact with communication in our core areas of business:
1. Supporting busy parents to provide a quality at-home preschool experience.
2. Coaching Early Childhood business owners to better manage their businesses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create blog content based on the annual content plan
2. Write social media content based on blog and podcast content
3. Design social media posts and messaging
4. Manage the social media posting schedule
5. Support the social media advertising process
6. Design multiple monthly newsletters
7. Design collateral for memberships and courses
8. Write and design collateral for offers and promotions

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Self-starter to obtain and write meaningful content
*Creative graphic design experience
*Natural aesthetic ability to make all things professional, interesting, and engaging
*High aptitude for technology - Google suite, Canva or more advanced design software, Convertkit for email campaigns, Video creator (not required but welcomed!)
*Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
*Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
*Experience with Google Suite and Google management tools
*Knowledge of sales funnels and online marketing
*Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills

-Pay weekly
-Wage based on experience
-Part-time to start but move to full time
