Executive Assistant

Hey!

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Executive Assistant that is detailed oriented, with a variety of skills.

We are an accounting firm that works with English speakers in the United States of America and already have a team of 5+ high-performing individuals. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

We will jump right into working 40 hours a week. Where you will remote into a local computer.

Tasks will include:
- Reviewing recorded calls and updating database with relevant notes
- Maintain and update internal processes as needed and indicated by other tea ---------- mbers
- Draft emails/email outlines
- Run reports and send them to specified individuals
- Follow the outlined lead generation process (Sending initial direct messages to social followers, posting to Instagram/Facebook/youtube, highlighting opportunities or responses needed to the sales manager, etc)
-Possibly help with some bookkeeping data entry (ideally, not required)

Requirements:
- Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
- Having a quiet environment to work
- A Windows 10 Laptop/PC with at least 12GB RAM
- Reliable internet and fast internet
- Typing speed above 55 WPM (will be tested)
- Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Applicants should be well versed in using Google products and Zoom, or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them =)

There are 5 parts to the application:
1. Getting started Questions (must pass with 100%)
2. Typing test (must have at least 55 wpm)
3. Written Communication (to be reviewed and then invited to start the next step)
4. Paid Test (complete a task in roughly an hour and receive $5.00 USD - invite-only after completing steps 1-3. Must wait for an email invite)
5. Zoom interview (invite-only once paid test is reviewed)
