Property Renegades is a real estate company based out of Dallas, TX. They buy, operate, and own self-storage facilities throughout Texas and the Southern USA. They are looking to hire an executive assistant with experience in the real estate field to help them operate their day to day business along with assisting the two founders in managing the day-to-day tasks of their personal lives.
This is the perfect role for an experienced Executive Assistant who also wants exposure into the operations of the Real Estate industry.
Experience Required:
Must be fluent in English
Must have exceptional written english
Must be willing/able to make phone calls
2+ years working in the Real Estate field is prefered
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to manage projects effectively and with ease
Responsibilities will be spread between business operations & executive assistant tasks:
Business Operations:
1) Managing & Scheduling contractors to get quotes and ensure on-time development projects
2) Texting/Emailing tenants when late on payment
3) Managing & Communicating with property managers
4) Monitoring brokerage websites & real estate forums for new deals
5) Sending weekly summary
EA tasks:
1) Handling travel logistics for two founders
2) Organizing meetings for two founders
3) Organizing podcast guests & follow up for founders
4) Ability to research misc. Topics for company founders & prepare reports
