Responsibilities
Be the face of the company in the office driving all communication with clients
Carrying out clerical such as answering phone calls, responding to
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to
Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
Coordinating the CRM process and managing tax return production, delivery, and signatures
Performing light accounting tasks
Thinking outside the box & contributing to the overall company’s goals and long-term vision
Performing other relevant duties when needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of Executive Assistant experience
Jedi communication & organizational skills
Open to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment (literally!)
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Enjoys solving new problems every day

Critical thinking and data analysis skills
