Hi!! This is Louise and Ian and we are an ambitious couple working on 3 businesses. Ian’s start-up DAIVID delivers advertising research with unprecedented speed and cost-efficiency, using cutting-edge tech to analyze videos. Louise heads up digital in a culture change consultancy and is starting a property investment business. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support us in achieving our vision and delivering a great experience for our clients.

- Able to work from 9 am - 5 pm UK time, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has an internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Personal assistant tasks - calling customer service to resolve issues, scheduling business and personal appointments and meetings, administration, researching, online grocery, and personal shopping.
* Managing property & holiday lets - help with completing the sale transaction, Airbnb management (administration, messaging with guests), support managing renovations and maintenance
* Travel - booking, researching, covid administration
* Social media management - researching articles to post, execution of the content plan

Note: Knowledge in Trello, Google suite and Airbnb is a plus
