Web developer familar with upwork or freelancer

I would like to hire a full time web developer for my team.

You must have a portfolio so clients can see your work
( ie websites you have worked on ). Also I would prefer
an applicant who is familiar with jobs posted on upwork / freelancer.
It is best to have diverse skills or versatile to jobs posted.
