Experienced Bookkeeper Wanted

We need a full-time permanent experienced bookkeeper to work supporting our operations. You don't need to have direct experience in property accounting bookkeeping but you will be an experienced bookkeeper that can learn.

You will be supporting the Finance Manager who will supervise you.

This is a full-time position 5 days a week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) - 11am - 8pm (including 1 hour break) (Sydney, Australia local time). Excellent pay for the right candidate.

The role and responsibilities
- Xero bookkeeping
- excel/google sheets
- Rental administration
- Contact with external accounting firm to assist them with compliance and tax activities

Desired technical skills and experience:
- Australian bookkeeping
- Xero
- Property management software such as (propertyme/ propertytree etc) (not necessary and can be taught)
- Excel
- Whatsapp

Other skills:
- excellent English communication skills
