---QUALIFICATIONS---
•Must have at least 1 - 2 years of Collection Experience in the Finance industry
•Must have ability to maintain focus and work within industry regulations.
•Excellent English communication skills
•Computer literate and good web navigation skills
•Able to work in flexible hours and on holidays
•Excellent thought-processing and reasoning skills
•Can work with minimal supervision
•Willing to work night shift

---RESPONSIBILITIES---
•Provide account receivable, customer service, and collections efforts for assigned portfolio.
•Research and reconciliation of your assigned accounts ensuring recorded and detailed documentation of collection efforts with resolution of client discrepancies.
•Maintain a consistent level of professionalism at all times with clients, customers, and fellow colleagues.
•Work closely with appropriate departments to support resolutions of discrepancies and adjustments required to resolve balances on accounts.
•Function in a fast paced environment while delivering superior performance and results.
