Job Summary
Provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects, devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress, and be able to implement a creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
?Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term
?Plan, execution, and quality check of all designs and content actions on all product packages, info videos, channels, including online and social media
?Assist with product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
?Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
?Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
?Competitor and customer insights analysis
?Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.
?Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
?Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
?Perform other related duties as required.
?Comply with the Company Policies.
?Comply with the Company and Department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.
Job Qualifications
?BS Advertising, Fine Arts, Marketing or any related course
?At least 3 years of proven experience or similar role
?Brand awareness - has a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
?Determination and perseverance
?Relationship management skills
?A strong focus on results and detail-oriented
?A high degree of business acumen
?Excellent English communication skills
