Job Description
- Create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, video and website creative.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and conversions.
- Outreach to tiktok, instagram and youtube influencers to produce engaging and converting content.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity.
- Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Instagram and Facebook insights, Website analytics etc.
- Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Strong eye for winning product designs that can go viral
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle
- Very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail.
- Tech savvy, analytical/data driven decision maker and strong problem solver (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
- Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in photo editing and video editing is a plus
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
- No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast
