Start immediately! We are in need of reliable, sharp people who are experts in Excel, to be hired (preferably from the Philippines unless English is immaculate) for an e-commerce business based in the US.
WARNING: If you just "think" you know Excel well, you probably are not aware of how in-depth Excel can be - which many times includes programming and highly complex formulas. This position is reserved for candidates who actually have utilized Excel for multiple years rigorously and know the true depths of how complicated Excel can be. Do NOT apply for this position and PASS UP the Sales & Accounts Analyst (CSR) position if you think you "know" Excel well because you have used formulas such as "SUM" or "IF" or know about "pivot tables" - those are less than 5% of what we require and is NOT sufficient. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO APPLY FOR 1 POSITION. You should stick to the CSR position linked above unless you are absolutely sure you are a 9/10 on Excel using ULTRA-COMPLEX formulas as you will immediately DISQUALIFY yourself from the Sales Analyst/CSR position by attempting this Excel test. 95% of candidates that happen to think they know Excel well, FAIL this test. For candidates that "know" how complex Excel can be, please proceed.
The salary ranges from $500 to $1,300* per month for the BA position. We offer paid US public holidays and 11 accrued personal days off per year. Further compensation in bonuses and salary growth awaits those that are truly dedicated to the business.
Core Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 12:45 PM Manila Time
Requirements:
We require someone with high levels of deduction ability, visualization and competency
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Stable, high-speed internet connection
A workplace where power outages are not frequent
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. This will be tested.
Willingness to work with us for a long term. We are not at all interested in someone looking to try out or thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into training and setting up.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must have no other job obligations
International travel to China factories may be necessary.
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator is a plus.
