Sales & Accounts Analyst

Work from home as an Sales & Accounts Analyst - $400 to $1,000* per month




Start immediately! We are in need of reliable and sharp people to be hired (preferably from the Philippines unless English is immaculate) for an e-commerce business based in the US.



The salary ranges from $400 to $1,000* per month. We offer paid US public holidays and 11 accrued personal days off per year. Further compensation in bonuses and salary growth awaits those that are truly dedicated to the business.



Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST



Primary responsibilities include:



1. Email handling. Your ability in composing and formatting emails will be tested.



2. Phone handling (less than ten calls a day on average)



3. Managing sales channels and orders



Potential other responsibilities:



1. Social media marketing



2. Following up with vendors and distributors



3. Managing projects with contractors



4. Tracking online feedback



5. Watching competitors



Requirements:



1. Excellent written and spoken English skills



2. Stable, high-speed internet connection



3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office



4. A workplace where power outages are not frequent



5. Willingness to work with us for a long term. We are not at all interested in someone looking to try out or thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into training and setting up.



6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively



7. Must have no other job obligations



8. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator is a plus.
