DropCommerce is a Shopify app connecting online stores to our proprietary network of high quality US and Canadian product suppliers.
We're looking for a passionate self starter for our Quality Assurance / Client Support role.
DropCommerce is growing fast and the opportunity for growth is huge as we scale up our company!
A great candidate will be passionate about the tech industry and eager to become a generalist inside a small startup, taking on any job or task required in a fast changing environment.
The primary role of this position would be to test our app/platform periodically, as well as before and after we launch software updates. You would then be required to put your findings into a report and communicate any issues to our development team. Your secondary role will be to help on-board new suppliers onto our platform, exchanging
Responsibilities Include:
App testing and reporting
Assisting suppliers with on-boarding onto the platform
Troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs to the development team
Skills Required
Fluent and strong English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude
Ability to stay calm during stressful situations, turning customer complaints into positive experiences
Basic proficiency with computers and websites
Coding / software skills not necessary, but being tech-savvy is required

Position would be 40hrs/week Monday - Friday PST
