HubSpot Developer

PLEASE READ: You must have developer experience to be considered for this position - JavaScript is a must with significant experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.
The Web & HubSpot Developer is a web development position responsible for managing both large and small development initiatives internally and for client contracts. This role has client-facing responsibilities including but not limited to technical consulting of development capabilities and client training. Teaming with our HubSpot lead to build in HubSpot is a large part of the position, though you’ll also be our go-to on custom API projects, custom data projects, WordPress and HubSpot integrations, and more.
The Day-to-Day:
Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery for web development using various CMS platforms, though primarily WordPress
Creatively and analytically coming up with Zapier solutions for automation as well as information sharing between various systems
Responsible for managing technical projects for our clients as well as internal development initiatives.
Utilize strong attention-to-detail to create quality code
Give realistic estimates of work and deliver on those timelines.
Learn inbound marketing principles in order to help facilitate our client’s marketing goals and KPIs.
Engage in self-learning activities to improve technical skills.
Proactively identifies, troubleshoots, and addresses issues as they arise.
Improve HubSpot knowledge by attending training and certification programs.
Maintain the drive to be passionate about delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

Great to Have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience web developing, experience across multiple CMS systems
Webmaster experience, including managing DNS, domain, hosting, etc. access for all of our launching clients
Experience using project management tool such as Teamwork, Airtable, etc.
Experience building APIs a plus
Management experience
Strong understanding of HubSpot both from a general user standpoint, as well as from a development perspective whether using the Visual Builder or coded templates.
Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SQL database basic is required to deliver quality products to our ---------- te: This position will work US Hours and will involve client facing meetings.
