What you will do
Seller Candy is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed. As the Training and Development Lead your primary focus will be helping various teams not only master the basics but go beyond that with Soft Skill and Leadership training.

- Develops training and development courses and programs

- Obtains and /or creates effective training courses utilizing a variety of media and tools

- Trains and coaches leaders, tea ---------- mbers and others involved in tea ---------- mber development efforts

- Conduct follow-ups of all completed training to evaluate, measure results and improve

- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of Seller Candy

- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment

What you need
- 4 or more years of relevant experience, creating and conducting trainings

- A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness

- Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills

- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved

- Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines

- More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries

- High level of English especially for reading

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
