Influencer Outreach Specialist

Calypsa, a rapidly growing E-commerce swimwear and sportswear brand, is looking for a high performing Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationship with influencers who can promote our products. Your goal is to help grow the brand’s influence, increase brand loyalty and awareness.
This is a full time, long term WFH position. Hours are EST, Mon- Fri. Start date is ASAP!

Responsibilities:
Identify& recruit influencers
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
Coordinate marketing content

Qualifications:
Solid experience as an Influencer Marketing Specialist or relevant ---------- fortable using social media platforms
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, outgoing & cheerful disposition
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Negotiation skills
Self-starter, goal oriented, team player
Excellent time management skills
Strong work ethic
Organized & detail oriented
Should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Must have your own computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
