This position is NOT for someone who is new.

The position REQUIRES
- Previous US-based banking, mortgage, lending, or credit knowledge
- 5+ years of Experience & background in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to give and receive feedback
- Massive attention to detail
- Ability to take on complicated tasks
- Must be FLUENT in English

BONUS:
Understanding of the “credit’s” role in the United States

Pay rates will be $5/hr with opportunities to move up in pay

You will be:
- Handling questions asked by clients in a timely manner and contacting them as necessary by sending out text messages, emails and making phone calls (using our CRM)
- Oversee successful client journey for all credit repair clients by ensuring they are communicated to regularly, problems are resolved in a timely manner and our fulfillment team is working on their credit report throughout the process
- Ensure monthly updates are being sent out by the team
- Communicating with our fulfillment team as necessary by informing them of client issues, updating them with client-related information and whatever else may be needed to ensure a client is being serviced properly

We're growing a growing company with VAs who have been with us for 12 months+, have had consistent work and growth ---------- w we're expanding our team.

We're looking to hire 1-2 EXCEPTIONAL virtual assistants to help with client customer service, answering calls when needed, & ensuring all clients have responses in under 48 hrs. You will be trained and must have at least 4 years of customer service experience, preferably with US-based small-medium sized companies. You need attention to detail so in the subject/title of your application include the word peppermint in it.

1. Reliability - Do not apply unless you're confident you can work a full 40 hours/week. This is a remote and full-time position (40 Hours Per Week). Must be able to work within the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
2. Coachability - Do not apply unless you're coachable, able to learn new technology-related skills, and are comfortable asking questions.
3. Communication - Do not apply unless you're comfortable communicating, and asking questions.
