Need photoshop pro or digital artist

Looking for a fulltime digital artist / photoshop pro

The job will involve retouching some photos in photoshop. The Photos are cartoons and you'll need to retouch them and remove any imperfections.

Sometimes you'll need to add some more details to them so digital art skills would be useful, but you can probably get away with it with simply good photoshop skills.

The work will start off freelance/part time but will turn to fulltime pretty quickly if you are the right candidate.
