Position Summary:
o Find potential clients and uncover more information about their situation, goals, and how we can be of service.
o Gather information about clients to ensure an informed decision regarding their home and its current condition, motivation of wanting to sell, value, etc.
o Setting quality appointments for our agents to call and/or go out an meet them in person.
o Follow up and ongoing support with home buyers, sellers and agents to ensure closing
o Communicate through phone calls to provide support to home buyers, sellers and real estate agents (majority will be cold calling)
Responsibilities:
o This position is lead generation / appointment setting / relationship building
o Data Entry and tracking
o Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day.
o Partner with agents to execute meetings
o Report activity and results on a daily basis
o Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching
o MUST have own computer, headset, strong internet connection
o Must have availability to work Eastern Standard Time Zone (US based time) Hours would vary from 8am – 8pm on different days.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
o Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, and outstanding verbal communicator.
o Strong understanding of English language, as well as strong spoken and written skills.
o The ideal candidate will have English as primary language, with little to no language barrier. Real estate background is a plus.
o Familiarity with MOJO dialer a plus
o Someone who can work independently in a remote position.
o Teaching ability
o Strong interpersonal skills
Compensation:
o Fluctuates with performance and experience, will be hourly based, with bonus structures based on appointments set, and transactions closed. ROOM WITH GROWTH!
