Shipping Concierge

Position: Shipping Concierge

Role: This position involves shopping for shipping quotes for orders we receive on our website. Expertise in shipments,
dealing with brokers, and freight logistics is a must. Spoken and written English needs to be excellent. The successful
candidate is extremely detailed while also understanding the need to move quickly. The position is work-from-home
during the North American Business Day, from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. Full time. 40 hours per week. Reports to the
Head of Customer Delight Team.

Mission: The Shipping Concierge recognizes and internalizes its objective of assisting others and paying it forward by
serving as a lighthouse for those seeking to improve their lives and the lives of others around them through asphalt
maintenance. The Shipping Concierge must perform administrative tasks related to shipments, update records,
documentation, Magento, and HubSpot about incoming and outgoing shipments of orders obtain shipping estimates for
purchases placed on our website, track orders for customers, and also helps with simple technical issues of the
customer with their equipment and/or supplies.

Responsibilities:

? Communicate with customers, vendors, and shipping carriers/brokers via phone, email, and chat
? Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
? Work with the Conversion Team (Sales) to meet customer's needs
? Data entry in various platforms

Technical Knowledge:

? Magento (a PLUS but not required)
? Hubspot (a PLUS but not required)
? Google Sheets
? Gmail
