Zoho CRM & Creator Implementation Expert

Would you like to join our team as a full-time Zoho CRM implementation expert? We are working with companies in Australia to transition the ownership from retiring founders to their teams.

An important part of that is to streamline their processes. We do that by implementing Zoho One. This first project is for a school camp (currently there are many disconnected systems including Hubspot, Google Forms & Sheets, Excel, Adobe Signature and other subscriptions). We want to bring them all under the same system and avoid any copying of data.

Every piece of data should only ever be entered once!

Your responsibilities will include the planning of how to implement the solution (which processes to use the CRM for and which ones are better handled in Creator). We have internal users (our team) and external users, such as contractors and clients that all require different levels of access to the same data. The input for this plan is a video walk-through of the current processes as well as access to all forms and documents currently used.

Please be aware that this planning process is absolutely essential and you'll need to enjoy that part of the project. I will work with you and give feedback, but it is your responsibility to interpret the existing data and processes and make suggestions of how to run them more efficiently.

Once the plan is created and user feedback collected, you will implement the project in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator (including setting up custom fields and modifying standard modules).

Some deluge scripting might be ---------- the last step, you will create user documentation so that the processes are clearly defined. I would expect the first part of this project to take 4 to 6 weeks. There is a second part, labelled as V2 in the very high-level overview ( ---------- ). It includes links to other documents which you will be invited to in the next round of selection.

We are in conversation with other companies and are aiming to provide ongoing full-time work as a Zoho One Implementation Expert for similar projects.
