Real Estate Lead Generation

We are a Real Estate Investment company that buys properties in the UK from motivated sellers and agents. We are looking for experienced cold callers, fluent in English, to speak to homeowners and agents. We will provide you with a list of property agents that you will contact weekly by phone and by email. You will explain details about the company, our team and what type of properties we acquire.

We need a driven individual who has a background in sales and cold calling with experience in building relationships. For the right freelancer, this task can develop into a wider ranging fulltime role with our company.

We are looking for individuals with:

- Real Estate Sales background
- Experience building relationships
- Friendly, driven, and effective
- Unphased by ‘No’
- Very organised in their approach to contact and follow up with agents
- Experienced user of CRM software to keep a track of each agent
- Must be able to provide suggestions to improve sales processes to be more effective


You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal
- How many hours of the day (9am – 6pm GMT, UK) are you able to work?
- How many hours a week are you potentially available to work?
- Do you freelance fulltime or is this a side-gig?
- Please provide a voice recording when applying letting me know what experience you have in phone sales and real estate
