JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a performance-driven paid media manager to lead our paid digital strategy. You’ll be working within the marketing team to support our campaign efforts and deliver business goals.

Responsibilities:
– Setting up, managing, testing and optimising campaigns across paid digital channels including Google Ads (PPC, display, shopping, remarketing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram).
– Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
– Writing compelling copy as part of set up, testing and optimisation process
– Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand’s KPI’s
– Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights/recommendations internally to help drive better results
– Identifying and communicating new channels and optimisation opportunities, both within Australia and internationally

ABOUT YOU

With a flair for performance marketing and interest in all things digital, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, data-driven and a solid background in digital campaign management. This role requires someone with excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:
– 4 years' experience in a performance marketing role
– Detailed knowledge and experience personally managing ---------- Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts
– Up-to-date with best practices in performance media strategy
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
– Strong analytical skills and experience delivering actionable insights
– Creative thinker with the ability to offer fresh ideas
– Passionate about all things digital and learning
– Desire to learn about other digital marketing verticals and work within them
– Google Adword & Analytics Certification, Search Ads 360 Certification, Facebook Marketing Certification
– Degree or diploma in marketing or business will be favourable
