Amazon Reimbursement VA

Seeking someone that is research-focused with experience in Amazon reimbursements to be a part of our current team.

Requirements:
Knowledge in filing reimbursement cases to Amazon
Ability to capture discrepancies for lost, damaged, disposed, and missing units from inbound shipment.
Know basic Amazon reimbursement policies.
Ability to understand what documentation is needed to support any claims.
High-level written English.
High-level English comprehension.
Nice to have but not required:
High-level spoken English.
***This role is NOT an entry-level role, experience is required. Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to know Amazon reimbursements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-This role is full-time and will be Monday through Friday from 9a to 6p EST.
-Base salary is 400/mo with an Increment of $50 after a 1-month training
-Additional incentives for meeting quotas will be given.
-Pay is 2x per month via a PH bank.
-Benefits include: 10 days PTO/year and SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Benefits, and 13th month pay.
