Must be able to prepare a basic outline for my iOS, Android, and HTML5 game/application (to specifications) . Must be able to develop apps from scratch or with my specs.

Must be able to provide a platform specific file (.apk, etc.) and upload to the relevant store (Google Play, etc.) as required in a timely fashion.
