Lead Generation and Closer

RESONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales leads
- Contacting prospective clients
- Close sales deals
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open interactive communication
- Build processes and procedures
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a sales representative
- Hitting minimum weekly and monthly sales production requirements

SKILLS
- Must speak English
- 3 years of sales experience
- 1 year of experience in the finance or accounting industry
- Maintain detailed interactions with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
