Retail Order Placer and Data Matching

We are expanding, and are looking for FULL TIME virtual assistants for specific shifts to do the following tasks for us:

- Place orders on USA retail websites.
- Match Amazon listings with other retail websites using internal software
- Update our internal software with notes and other information
- Update tracking numbers on Amazon.com and our internal software
- Other data entry tasks

Skills to be successful at this position:
- Be able to copy and paste quickly.
- Previous experience using google sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- General computer skills
- Ability to meet quotas in order placing and product matching
- Familiarity with retail websites
- Strong internet connection, and backup internet connections if your main one isn't working
- Having two monitors is strongly recommended (or one laptop screen + additional monitor)
- Extremely dependable
- Previous data entry experience

You must be able to type fluent English. You'll be required to install a time tracking and screen shot app on your computer, and consent to using it while working.

Payments are made via Paypal, so you must have a working Paypal account to receive payments.

The following shifts are currently available. All times are in the EASTERN time zone from the US:
Position 1: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (OFF Sat / Sun)
Position 2: Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 12am (OFF Fri / Sat)
Position 3: Tuesday - Saturday 12am - 8am (OFF Sun / Mon)
Position 4: Thursday - Monday 8am - 4pm (OFF Tues / Wed)
Position 5: Thursday - Monday 12am - 8am (OFF Tues / Wed)
Position 6: Monday - Wednesday, Friday - Saturday 4pm - 12am (OFF Sun / Thurs)
Position 7: Saturday - Wednesday 12pm - 8pm (OFF Thur / Fri)
