US Home and Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative

Multiple positions are available in fast-growing agencies looking for long-term relationships with a virtual assistant that can grow with their agency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 6 months experience with home and auto insurance with an insurance company or insurance agency in the US
- Provide Clearance Report (NBI or Police Clearance)
- Should pass our International Background Check
- A ---------- account for payroll
- Excellent in responding over the phone and email in American English
Job includes the following but is not limited to:
• Prepare or run quotes for new and renewal insurance in Ezlynx for all personal lines products
• Acquire e-signature documents from clients
• Inbound and outbound service-related phone calls with clients, mortgage companies, and insurance companies.
• Phone receptionist
• Process payments over the phone
• Process endorsement requests over the phone, email, and text
• Client research
Be proficient in:
• MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc)
• EZLynx or AMS360 Management system
• EZLynx or PL Rater Rating System
Work from home in a Citrix Desktop, which will be provided for you.
Must have:
- Laptop or computer (dual monitors is suggested)
- Headset for Zoom and phone calls
- Internet speed capable of supporting Citrix Desktop and VOIP
Payroll will be:
- paid weekly through Wise.
- Automatic pay increase after 6 months
- Annual pay increase (subject for review)
- Prepaid health coverage included through Maria Health
Work hours:
- 100% work from home
- 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday during agents US local time
- 1-hour lunch break from 12noon-1pm
- Allowed US holidays as observed by the agent with pay
- 5 days paid sick leave included
