Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Collect emails from the decision makers/owners/person in charge in the IT department, so we can provide each contact with information on the MSP Consortium or get them to participate in the Comodo forum, enroll in the msp consortium if they have time or access in front of the computer if not then we just need to have their direct emails to send the information or details about on how to enroll in the msp.
Weekly evaluation / progress report from the managing director and with the operations manager from the US if possible.
