Requirements Job Summary

As Developer for treasury and market in application development team, delivering features and provide guidance to development team. Ensure features are delivered timely and with quality. Build strong relationship with relevant parties including product owner to ensure features to match expectations and need of stakeholders. Partner with internal and external service providers to proactively manage and anticipate technology changes and adoption.

Perform duties as senior developer including understanding features, design, build, test, implement and operationalize, guide development team, perform control and reviews covering functionalities, codes, build and operate.

• Understand features, impact analysis, design, develop, build, test, implement and operationalize features.

• Participate in building high quality products.

• Perform control and reviews covering functionalities, codes, build and operate.

• Analyse, assess impact, adoption and implementation on changes originated from features, ecosystems, technology.

• Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient business enabler.

• Partner with operation team to improve application based on agreed performance and metrics.

• Bring joyful experience to team.

• Lead adoption of changes as necessary.


Qualities of candidate

• Proven track record of contribution to major application development with minimal one end-to-end cycles in similar role.

• In depth understanding of agile application development life cycle, agility for adapting to process changes.

• In depth technical knowledge covering microservice and container architecture based applications. Required technology stack such as Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, workflow engine, RDBMS, documents based database, CI/CD pipeline.

• Familiar with tools including Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD.

• Proven track record in building scalable applications.

• Good understanding of treasury and market with focus area of equity and derivatives products characteristics is huge advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to build trust.

• Ability to analyse and breakdown problems into solvable, actionable items.

• Curious and growth mindset.
