The Role
The role is a Media Buyer VA position within Kick Marketing, a lead generation agency based in Perth, Western Australia. The role is facilitated virtually for a total of 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- The individual within the role is responsible for the following;
- Familiarising yourself with various industries to be able to support our clients in the best possible way.
- Assisting with checking of Ad Accounts and reporting data to the team.
- Setting up various types of
- Assisting with everything required to ensure Ads are set up and are tracking correctly (appropriate audience research, domain verification, aggregated events).
- Use of third party tools for any required integrations (see below for software list)
- Analysing clients funnel data.
- Optimisation of ads where required (alongside Aashay) to ensure clients are hitting their set KPIs.
- Work with the creative team to identify creative needs for ads.
- Assisting where required to problem solve issues such as ad optimisation, tracking issues and integration issues.
- Continually completing training in order to upskill skills in Media Buying.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for clients where needed.
- General ad-hoc assistance.
Results / KPI’s
- Ensure deadlines are met on tasks allocated through ClickUp and tracked accordingly.
- A minimum of 2 hours of training completed and documented per week.
Requirements
- Utilise all internal systems.
- Minimum 2 years experience in
- Experience with GoHighLevel desired but not essential.
- Minimum 38 hours per week to be completed with hours to be tracked in ClickUp.
- Attendance at weekly meetings and daily huddles.
- Carry out a minimum of 2 hours of training per week.
- High speed internet access.
- High attention to detail and creation of own quality control checklist where required, ensuring all outputs are of a high standard.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and desire for continued learning.
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fill out weekly team feedback with what has been achieved each week.
