Process weekly freight invoices for domestic.. This includes coding and price validation, invoice disputes, maintaining invoice log, balancing of incoming checks. Also chasing credits with suppliers and inquires.

Weekly we receive invoices from our freight management team and 3PL warehousing invoices that need reviewing.

each invoice needs to be audited and compared to the what we have charged our customers.

- errors on our end so our freight rates are correctly enabled on our website.
-chase the carriers for incorrect charges and fees.

The person to take the role needs to have a good understanding of freight invoices using cubic or dead weight and also customer service skills to fill in their other time assisting the other staff.
