Google Ads Manager

We are looking to hire an expert Google Ads Manager to join our team and serve our amazing clients. We run Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads for a variety of clients across many industries.
We need someone with:
1. Expert skills in creating, launching, and scaling ad campaigns
2. Excellent English writing skills (we expect you to be able to write effective and fluent ad copy for search campaigns)
3. The ability to work well in a virtual team environment (we use slack, Airtable and various project management tools)
4. The ability to work quickly and under pressure when needed (sometimes we have a high volume of new clients and other times, we are slower)
5. A good understanding of what type of campaigns will work best with the target audience
6. An understanding of digital advertising best practices
7. Excellent abilities to configure, deploy and interpret data using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and custom events

The schedule can be flexible, but we do like to have some overlap with our US hours as needed. The ability to work US hours is a plus, but not required.
