Documentary Style Youtube Video Editor

I am launching a youtube channel in the money mystery/ mini-documentary niche and am looking for an experienced editor who can bring my voiceovers to life through engaging visuals and clips.

Here is a video explaining everything I’m looking for with this project:

Explainer Video (MANDATORY): ----------

Somewhere in the explainer video I mention a secret password so I know you actually watched this video. If you do not include the secret password in your application, it will be AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED. If you can't take less than 15 minutes to watch a video, you probably shouldn’t apply anyways.

Here is also a very very good example of the type of editing/style we're looking for. If you're able to replicate this style, then we will most likely be a very good fit to work together:

Skills And Other Requirements:
-Understands how to use after effects to create custom motion graphics
-Worked with Youtube videos in the past
-Understand watch time, CTR, and the algorithm
-Strong internet connection
-Organized and MEETS DEADLINES

Also just as a heads up, we will be doing 4 videos a month but they will require a lot of time as there is a lot of custom motion graphics and detailed editing required. Please also send any similar work along with your application.
