VA & Social Media Manager

New Song Music Academy (NSMA) - a private music lesson company teaching students of all ages to become fully developed musicians - is currently looking for an ambitious and dedicated VA to join our rapidly expanding company.

Working Time Zone: Flexible Hours
Be available to meet for 1 hour weekly from 4 PM CST-7 PM CST

Requirements:
Must be well organized and be able to organize digital spaces
Incredible attention to detail including spelling, punctuation and grammar
Must have reliable schedule and be dependable
Must have effective communication & interpersonal skills and like people
Formal training in music such as private lessons is huge plus

Proposed Compensation: $3/hour-$560/month

Daily Tasks:
CRM with Wix Forms & Wix Commerce: Provide reports for website sales weekly
Post daily to all social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn &

Pinterest
Manage social media planning accounts using Social Curator & Planoly
Download purchased pdfs and organize in our Google Drive Library
Proofreading: – checking all blogs & articles that are sent out

Weekly Tasks
Manage Calendar invites for recurring weekly meetings
Manage reports for website sales
Drafting email newsletters in Wix to different client lists
Create Google Docs: beautiful presentation matters to us
Manage social media calendars planning accounts using Social Curator & Planoly
Edit videos for social media accounts from the directors phone videos including: Splice and edit raw video files, Transitions, Add music and Audio effects, Upload videos to YouTube and other video sharing sites, Raw footage with video effects

Quarterly tasks
Data Entry new semester launches with new students & teachers info
Create graphics in Canva for Semester Recitals
Organize photos in Google Drive from Semester Recitals
