For 12+ years now we have done Google PPC, Facebook marketing and Search Engine Optimization for local businesses, start-ups, and fortune 500 companies. Forbes, Inc. and all the major publications have recognized us for our skills. We’ve been fortunate enough to spend millions in advertising dollars to learn the game from the inside out. Digital advertising is our craft that we’ve perfected over the past 12+ years but, 5 years ago after buying a few rental properties from our agency profits we realized where the true wealth is and that was the start of our real estate empire.


About You

Google PPC Digital marketing manager is needed to join the team.

To ensure success as a Digital Marketing Strategis, you should possess a good understanding of marketing principles and a strong ability for interpreting analytics. A top-notch Digital Marketing Strategis should be highly persuasive and secure advertising space that ensures the maximum reach of clients' ---------- this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) and Google ---------- O knowledge is a plus! You should also be analytical, good with numbers, you feel confident communicating results and strategy with your clients.

Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)


Responsibilities:

Creating, developing & implementing effective paid strategies
Executing & optimizing many Google PPC campaigns simultaneously
Overseeing campaigns across Google ads
Targeting selected audiences through researching keywords
Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement
Reporting KPI's to management on a regular basis through various dashboards
Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
Building and strengthening key relationships across ad platforms and various vendors
Reducing the risk of click fraud
Staying current with PPC trends and techniques
Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
Monitoring audience and ad trends.
Ability to onboard clients and request access to their accounts and assets
Ability to install pixels and tracking data on multiple platform / websites

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Google PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience with AdWords
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
AdWords certification is an advantage but not essential
Managed over $10,000/month in Ad campaigns
Experience with measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation

Experience with Asana and Basecamp
Experience working with an agency
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO
Experience with Facebook ads
Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
Bachelor's Degree
