JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Will oversee the HR Department of the company
• To design, implement and maintain HR policies and employee programs
• Manages HR function within the plant in the areas of talent management and development, employee engagement, employee discipline and communications.
• Oversees recruitment and staffing process
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
• Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply according to law.
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree holder of Graduate of f behavioral science, psychology, human resource
• At least eight (8) years’ experience as HR Manager.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, and performance management.
• Must be knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Should be familiar with Philippine Labor Law.
• With excellent counseling and negotiation skills.
• With pleasing personality
• Ability to handle training would be an advantage
• Collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Those who speak, understand and speak Chinese would have an added advantage
