Virtual Assistant for Growing US Tax Consulting Firm

Growing US-based tax consulting firm seeks another virtual assistant to join existing team of virtual assistants to help with data entry, database management, overseeing the client experience (follow-ups to requested data, sending forms & instructions for client signature, customer service, etc.), agent/advisor support (via email/chat), marketing (scrubbing for email addresses, loading into email sending software, perhaps ancillarily create marketing videos with easily-to-use software) and other tasks that cannot be automated, as needed. Other ancillary roles may be social media posting/management of various business lines on multiple platforms and bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate should be dependable & tech-savvy enough to quickly learn how to use the various specialized software we use (i.e. ---------- , Zapier, WP, WooCommerce, other WP plugins, ClickUp, PDFFiller & its integration with Google Sheets, etc.) Of course training & step-by-step video instructions will be provided, but someone who has computer literacy & have an intuitive understanding of how software works will be preferred to be able to independently find solutions to technical problems when software misbehaves.

Prior experience in working at a tax prep/accounting firm is desirable but not required. Direct experience with tax credits, especially the Employee Retention Tax Credit, is a plus.
